The Triplett Model IRT150 Stem Thermometer with IR has a built-in, fold out probe for measuring air, liquids and semi-solids from -40 to 446°F (-40 to 230°C). It can also measure non-contact IR Temperature from -4 to 536°F (-20 to 280°C) on surfaces that are too hot to touch or difficult to reach. Can be used for measuring food temperatures. It features high/low alarms, a backlit display for use in poorly lit areas, and a built-in flashlight. The IRT150 is waterproof (IP65) and comes complete with 2 AAA batteries.
