Milk Analyzer EKOMILK Spectra is a Mid-Infrared & UIltrasonic Hybrid Milk Analyzer. Being a hybrid minimizes the number of expensive infrared components used and thus drastically reduces the price of the instrument while offering excellent measurement capabilities.
