Cube 100S is a compact Portable Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence (EDXRF) Spectrometer designed for on-site elemental analysis, particularly sulfur analysis in oils and fuel products. Its lightweight design, built-in PDA and one-key testing make it suitable for field measurements as well as raw-material, production-control and finished-product inspections.
